Horrible!!

I recently purchased tickets and I was double charged. The app constantly bugs out and freezes. When I wrote to customer service there was no response about getting a refund they just kept sending me the same tickets I didnt want. I would avoid this service at all costs unless you enjoy getting your money stolen. Terrible service!
