Customer service lacking.
Reviews were all positive so I took the plunge. On my FIRST purchase, my ticket was rejected at the gate. I figured maybe it was a problem with my phone, scanned two more times and it was rejected each time. Called customer service and was given the runaround and a second number. After 15 minutes on hold and two innings of missed baseball, I purchased a walk up ticket and put this experience behind me. Maybe others have had good experiences with Seat Geek but be prepared for atrocious customer service should anything go awry.
