Big Problems

1) No lock screen control support for chrome cast. After 2 years you still havent put in the time to do this?
2) youre going to make me PAY to download files that I OWN, over my own wifi? AND A SUBSCRIPTION?? Nit isnt even just a one time fee... I have to subscribe to physically have data that I already own. And why? Just so you can hold the only feature worth paying for hostage? Believe you me Ill be off of Plex just as soon as the next best alternative comes around.
You fix these two drastic drawbacks and Ill come back and give a 5 star review. Until then, Im tired of my data being held hostage. My wifi and computer handles all the workload, since I dont need to convert to a playable format for 99% of my media. What a load.
