Great app for tickets

In the last two weeks, we have used seat geek twice. Once for Yankees vs Blue jays and blue jays vs cubs. Each time the seat selection and delivery were easy. I wish the seats were a better deal but each city sets their prices. We are enjoying the app

Looking for the best ticket prices for a game or concert seat geek is a must have! While it's nice to have on your iPhone while on the go...using it on your iPad is the best! I've used it a lot of times and have gone to some of the biggest events while not paying an arm and a leg!

I bought tickets for 130$ each, in order to get tickets, i should get axs app, at this app i got my tickets, but their original price were 65$ each. I will not use this app ever again 👎👎👎

The SeatGeek platform is ideal for anyone wanting to secure seats to multiple events, and it is vendor verifiable.

I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.

Site is easy to use. Tickets are prompt. Had so many issues with Stubhub. Glad I switched over!

I purchased tickets to a soccer match that was delayed by 3 hours the morning of the event. I received no communication from SeatGeek about the time change, and my tickets never changed on the start time. I had to resell the tickets at a loss. The AI support bot kept telling me it was connecting me with a representative even when I eventually prompted it to tell me that the representative support was not available at the time. Disappointed kids didn’t get to watch their team and I’m in the hole from ticket loss, round trip driving, parking costs to the tune of about $100.

Ordered tickets for an MLB game & they sent me the wrong tickets in a completely different (& lower cost) section. Bait & switch is okay with this company apparently. Customer support is worthless as designed. Support is a terrible AI chat bot, and if you can find their phone support # it is a long wait time to an outsourced call taking center in another country. This is a trash scam app that I will never use again.

I ordered tickets for a show that never came. I literally had to buy another ticket because the show was going to start. Seat geeks are absolute nerds and losers

Best ticket app

My wife has been raving about going to her first WNBA game. So I bought her tickets through the seat geek app in advance to the game. We arrived at the venue which was an amazing experience. Once we scanned in the tickets said they were already scanned by someone else. Talked to box office staff and was told the tickets were scanned by original season ticket holders and they were in building. Seat geek has been non responsive about the matter and I was forced to buy new tickets. This honestly feels like a scam. I’m told through the app to contact support through my ticket selection but that is not available.

I’ve bought quite a few tickets off here. From games to concerts.

my game got canceled and they never reimbursed me and I’ve been trying to talk to support for two weeks ever since then and they will not give me my money back or at least reschedule the game after the game has been canceled and they won’t even give me new tickets or anything or credit absolutely nothing
