SeatGeek - Buy Event Tickets App Reviews

Save your time and money . Bought tickets from this app and when i got to the arena they tild me tickets were bad. They explained to me that they were getting a bunch of tickets from seatgeek that were bad . Save your time , big scam.

Just had a nightmare scenario with this stupid app. Because it doesnt say the street type is required I put in the street without that. Eventually figured out it needs it. But when I did it my account showed I changed the payment method 6 times. Seriously? Get it together. Then it put a flag on my account and canceled my near $300 order that I now have to wait 3-5 business days for. Get your app fixed!!!!

This app here is one of the greatest apps ever! Shows where your exactly at! TheBESSSTT prices! And I can use it right at the door! How simple is that! MAN HOW YOU MAKE LIKE SO SIMPLE @SEATGEEK. Thank you!

I found SEATGEEK more straight forward and easier to navigate than other ticket apps. I also found the seats more affordable with less fees. Definitely my ticket app of choice.

Good App. Heard about it while listening to the Barstool podcasts. Good deals, no run around. You can get your tickets sent right to your email.

Seatgeek is incredible. The prices are usually great to fair. Never had a problem with getting into the venues when I purchase tickets.

1) No lock screen control support for chrome cast. After 2 years you still havent put in the time to do this? 2) youre going to make me PAY to download files that I OWN, over my own wifi? AND A SUBSCRIPTION?? Nit isnt even just a one time fee... I have to subscribe to physically have data that I already own. And why? Just so you can hold the only feature worth paying for hostage? Believe you me Ill be off of Plex just as soon as the next best alternative comes around. You fix these two drastic drawbacks and Ill come back and give a 5 star review. Until then, Im tired of my data being held hostage. My wifi and computer handles all the workload, since I dont need to convert to a playable format for 99% of my media. What a load.

I downloaded this app because I heard about it on the Pod Save America podcast.

Horrible horrible company to buy from. "Purchased" tickets got an email within 5 min saying tickets no longer available. Ok went back selected again same. Contacted seat geek easy fix right? Not a chance. Told me to use a different "seller". What? Ok. Did that same. So after three attempted transactions told them to screw off and was going back to StubHub. Wrong again 3 pending transactions on my card and has me to close to limit to purchase anything. Thanks for ruining mine and my friends sons day. Your awesome let me tell you.

I drug my feet on this for a lil while, after hearing about it on FFT podcast. Finally pulled the trigger a couple months ago and used seat geek. Super easy, super transparent, and the tix came on time and worked flawlessly. My go to from here on out.

I love it! Its so awesome because any event there is ever they have it and tell you ticket prices from many different ticket vendors. Its so easy to do so many things all in one shot with this app.

Great app, it was so easy to buy tickets and send them to my friends. Cant wait to go see the Dead this summer. Gonna be sick.
