I love the app. The only thing that would make me love it more would be the ability to search for aisle seats (Im 66"). But its the easiest app with best prices.

Trash, useless, unreliable, pathetic

This app makes it super easy to find the best tickets available. Love the maps and the ability to see the view from the seats, as well as the new Spotify integration!

Awesome price for great seats!

Reviews were all positive so I took the plunge. On my FIRST purchase, my ticket was rejected at the gate. I figured maybe it was a problem with my phone, scanned two more times and it was rejected each time. Called customer service and was given the runaround and a second number. After 15 minutes on hold and two innings of missed baseball, I purchased a walk up ticket and put this experience behind me. Maybe others have had good experiences with Seat Geek but be prepared for atrocious customer service should anything go awry.

I was in the process of buying tickets with a total cost of $57, then when I finished noticed that I was being charged $386 for no reason. Cancel that please!!!

New update is terrific. Sent an unused Jets ticket to a friend and it worked without a hitch.

At first I was very skeptical as there were little to no reviews on this app but after multiple purchases I can say this is the best ticket consuming app you can get! get the app!

I wanted tickets so bad for the Justin Bieber concert before they sold out for a great price and seat geek is guaranteed and is amazing experience!!
